警方接獲舉報，指有政府飲用水服務供應商競投合約時，訛稱供應內地指定公司生產的飲用水。警方昨日以欺詐罪拘捕一男一女，分別是涉案公司董事和股東，並正通緝一名內地男子。 警務處商業罪案調查科高級警司孔慶勳今日在記者會上說，警方上周五接獲政府物流服務署舉報，指近期一項政府飲用水招標程序中，有服務供應商於標書訛稱供給政府的飲用水是由一間內地指定公司生產，最後該服務供應商成功中標，並於近期開始為港島區和離島區的政府部門提供樽裝飲用水。 其後該內地指定公司向物流署澄清，公司沒有生產相關飲用水，而且與中標公司沒有任何業務來往。 案件上周六交由商業罪案調查科跟進調查。警員接觸內地指定公司的負責人，對方聲稱根本沒有向物流署提供任何飲用水、不認識中標的服務供應商，也沒有和水樽標籤上提及的其他公司有任何合作供水。 孔慶勳指，負責人只記得被捕人和被通緝人士較早前曾接觸他，向他索取公司的水質報告，其後沒再就事件接觸他。 警方昨天清晨在涉案公司位於北角的辦公室和鯉景灣一個住宅單位，以欺詐罪拘捕一男一女，分別是公司董事和股東，並檢獲被捕人士簽署的入標文件。 被捕人士為夫妻，年齡分別61歲和57歲，現正被扣留調查。警方並正通緝一名內地男子。 此外，警方追蹤物流供應鏈，在元朗牛潭尾一個貨倉找到近2,600支相信是同批次飲用水的存貨。這些水主要透過物流公司從一間位於東莞樟木頭的水廠取得，再經由本地中轉倉送到港島和離島各區。 經點算後，直至昨日，約三萬支同類型樽裝飲用水已運送到各區。根據物流署資料顯示，這些水曾在7月進行過兩次檢測，上周五再經政府化驗所檢測，證實可安全飲用。 孔慶勳表示，警方將派員到東莞，調查被捕人和被通緝人士在案件中的角色、供水水廠的衞生規格，以及檢取證物回港作進一步調查。
