位 於 呂 宋 以 西 的 低 壓 區 已 增 強 為 熱 帶 低 氣 壓 。 按 照 現 時 預 測 ， 該 熱 帶 氣 旋 會 在 今 晚 及 明 日 於 呂 宋 附 近 的 南 海 中 部 徘 徊 並 略 為 增 強 ， 與 本 港 保 持 約 700 公 里 或 以 上 的 距 離 ， 對 本 港 直 接 威 脅 不 大 。 隨 著 白 海 豚 繼 續 西 移 ， 該 熱 帶 氣 旋 會 受 白 海 豚 影 響 而 向 東 移 向 呂 宋 ， 並 逐 漸 減 弱 。 除 非 該 熱 帶 氣 旋 採 取 靠 近 廣 東 沿 岸 的 路 徑 ， 否 則 需 要 發 出 一 號 戒 備 信 號 的 機 會 頗 低 。 預 料 本 港 未 來 數 日 天 氣 酷 熱 ， 市 民 請 留 意 身 體 狀 況 ， 慎 防 中 暑 。

Intensity of UV radiation : low The area of low pressure to the west of Luzon has intensified into a tropical depression. According to the present forecast, the tropical cyclone will linger and strengthen slightly over the central part of the South China Sea near Luzon tonight and tomorrow. It will maintain a distance of about 700 kilometres or more from Hong Kong. Its direct threat to the territory is not high. With Dolphin continues to move westwards, the tropical cyclone will move eastwards towards Luzon and weaken gradually under the influence of Dolphin. Unless the tropical cyclone adopts a track closer to the coast of Guangdong, the chance of issuing the Standby Signal, No.1 is rather low. The local weather is expected to be very hot in the next few days. Members of the public should pay due attention to physical conditions and beware of heat stroke.
