警務處國家安全處周一在九龍拘捕一名18歲本地男子，他涉嫌三次於同一商業大廈的洗手間內寫上煽動字句，違反《維護國家安全條例》出於煽動意圖作出具煽動意圖的作為罪。 調查顯示，該名男子寫上的煽動字句內容包括煽動他人對香港特別行政區的憲制秩序、行政、立法或司法機關的憎恨或藐視或對其離叛及作出不遵守特區法律的作為等。 該男子被暫控一項出於煽動意圖作出具煽動意圖的作為罪和三項刑事毀壞罪，今日下午在西九龍裁判法院提堂。 警方提醒，出於煽動意圖作出具煽動意圖的作為屬嚴重罪行，首次定罪可被判處監禁七年，市民切勿以身試法。
