行政長官李家超今日下午到位於元朗的過渡性房屋項目路德會雙魚薈，探望和慰問受大埔宏福苑火災影響的災民。 截至今日上午，約945名居民入住由民政及青年事務局協調的青年宿舍/營舍或酒店房間；另有1,470名居民入住房屋局的過渡性房屋或房屋協會項目的單位。 雙魚薈安置約60戶家庭、逾百名災民。李家超向災民了解他們的生活情況，有災民表示，政府在火災後迅速發放一萬元應急錢，社福機構也居中協調，提供床鋪、家電等基本物資，解決燃眉之急，讓他們在困境中感受到實質支持。 李家超又視察由活動室改設的臨時物資中心，當中存放着各界捐贈的生活用品。他對社福機構人員和雙魚薈鄰舍居民挺身而出，無私付出深受感動，認為他們體現了香港社會守望相助的團結精神。 政務司司長陳國基下午也到位於元朗錦上路的過渡性房屋項目博愛江夏圍村，探望災民，表達政府對他們的慰問和關懷，並了解他們的生活狀況與實際需要。 直至今日早上，社會福利署社工已接觸約1,450個受影響住戶，為超過3,300名受影響居民登記，以提供「一戶一社工」跟進支援服務。 政府與資訊科技業界構建的物資捐獻網上平台昨日開始運作，連同早前透過WhatsApp收到的市民信息，當局至今收到超過470個登記，捐獻物品種類包括食品及飲品、衣物、日常生活用品、寢具、電器等。 截至下午4時，入境事務處協助處理約1,090宗受影響居民的補領個人證件申請，並為受影響人士辦理16宗延長逗留期限及提供與遺失簽證紀錄有關的服務。 交通支援方面，五個的士車隊部分的士會提供義載特別服務，主要免費接載有需要的居民往返大埔各個地方，詳情載於政府設立的「大埔宏福苑支援服務」專題網站。 警方已完成搜索五幢大廈，今日再派出600多名災難遇害者辨認組人員進入餘下兩幢受災最嚴重大廈內已確定結構安全的位置搜索。截至下午4時，警方在大廈內處理八具遺骸，包括五具新發現的遺骸和三具早前由消防人員發現但未移離的遺骸。死者數目更新至151人。 衞生署法醫科醫生繼續在災場協助災難遇害者辨認組人員搜集證據，截至下午4時，累計90名罹難者的親屬到富山公眾殮房辦理手續。 至於調查工作，除早前拘捕三名工程公司負責人，警方另外拘捕十名分別來自不同工程或工程顧問公司的相關人士，他們涉嫌誤殺。 另外，房屋局獨立審查組連同房屋署超過100名專業人員過去兩日完成視察宏仁閣、宏道閣、宏建閣、宏泰閣、宏盛閣、宏志閣、宏新閣七座樓宇，以及宏昌閣部分樓層逾1,700個單位的結構安全情況。專業人員今日已完成視察宏昌閣餘下單位，所有樓宇整體結構沒有即時危險。 房屋局緊急維修承建商今日在消防處人員全力協助下完成鞏固工程，讓警務處和消防處人員能進入所有單位蒐證和進行其他行動。 審查組已於宏福苑和另外四個接獲強制性驗樓通知的居屋屋苑，即沙田穗禾苑、深水埗清麗苑、深水埗怡閣苑和觀塘安基苑不同位置採集棚網樣本，送交政府化驗所進行測試。 屋宇署繼續特別巡查行動，至今巡查359幢進行外牆維修的樓宇，確認當中約300幢有棚網並已取樣檢驗，預計本星期內陸續取得檢測結果。 勞工處11月28日展開全港性特別執法行動，巡查設有大型棚架的樓宇維修工程工地的防火設施和火災應變安排，包括檢查棚網的阻燃性認可標準，以保障工人安全。該處至今巡查61個建築地盤，共發出53份書面警告及13張敦促改善通知書，並提出兩宗檢控。
