Intensity of UV radiation : moderate A cold front will move across the coast of Guangdong around midnight tonight. Locally, it will become appreciably cooler tomorrow (18 November). The minimum temperatures will be about 14 degrees in the urban areas on Wednesday and Thursday (19 and 20 November), and it will be cold over parts of the New Territories. Besides, under the influence of the intense northeast monsoon, wind chill effect will be rather significant.
