Intensity of UV radiation : high Under the influence of an active southwest monsoon and a trough of low pressure, local weather will continue to be unsettled in the next few days. Showers will be particularly heavy over some areas tomorrow and on Monday (14 and 15 June), accumulated rainfall may reach 200 millimetres in two days. The Observatory will issue rainstorm warning signals or Localised Heavy Rain Advisory when necessary. Members of the public should pay attention to weather tips and warning messages issued by the Observatory, and be aware of the possible impacts brought by thundery showers and squalls when organizing or engaging in outdoor activities. The areas of thundery showers over the vicinity of the Pearl River Estuary are gradually edging closer, and may affect the territory in the next couple of hours.
