沙 德 爾 的 殘 餘 正 為 雷 州 半 島 至 海 南 島 一 帶 帶 來 不 穩 定 天 氣 。 按 照 現 時 預 測 ， 沙 德 爾 的 殘 餘 會 在 今 日 黃 昏 前 後 移 向 海 南 島 東 南 沿 岸 一 帶 ， 並 逐 漸 增 強 為 熱 帶 低 氣 壓 。 天 文 台 會 視 乎 其 發 展 及 與 本 港 的 距 離 ， 屆 時 考 慮 發 出 一 號 戒 備 信 號 。
預 料 該 低 壓 系 統 會 在 明 日 至 星 期 三 （ 9 月 1 及 2 日 ） 橫 過 南 海 北 部 ， 並 逐 漸 靠 近 廣 東 東 部 沿 岸 。 受 其 與 東 北 季 候 風 的 共 同 影 響 ， 本 港 明 日 日 間 至 星 期 三 風 勢 較 大 ， 天 文 台 會 密 切 監 測 其 動 向 及 本 港 風 力 變 化 ， 評 估 是 否 需 要 發 出 更 高 熱 帶 氣 旋 警 告 信 號 。

Intensity of UV radiation : moderate The remnant of Saudel is bringing unsettled weather to the vicinity of Leizhou Peninsula and Hainan Island. According to the present forecast, the remnant of Saudel will move towards the vicinity of the coast of southeastern Hainan Island around this evening, and intensify gradually into a tropical depression. Depending on its development and distance from Hong Kong, the Observatory will consider issuing the Standby Signal, No. 1 by then.
The low pressure system is expected to move across the northern part of the South China Sea and gradually edge closer to the coast of eastern Guangdong tomorrow and on Wednesday (1 and 2 September). Under its combined effect with the northeast monsoon, it will be windier over Hong Kong during the day tomorrow and on Wednesday. The Observatory will closely monitor its movement and the changes in local wind conditions, and assess the need for issuance of higher tropical cyclone warning signals.
There will be more showers over parts of the territory with squally thunderstorms tomorrow. Members of the public should take note of the latest weather information issued by the Observatory before going out for school or work. The air temperatures at other places were:
