警務處國家安全處提醒市民，切勿下載一個名為「逆統戰：烽火」的流動應用程式或資助該應用程式開發商從事危害國家安全的行為和活動。若已下載該應用程式，應立即刪除。 國安處表示，該應用程式包裝成遊戲推出，其目的為宣揚「台獨」、「港獨」等分裂國家的主張，鼓吹武裝革命、推翻《中華人民共和國憲法》確立的中華人民共和國根本制度，並意圖引起對中央和香港特別行政區政府的憎恨。 任何人或組織明知而發布該應用程式或相關内容，包括透過互聯網向他人分享或推薦該應用程式，均有機會干犯《香港國安法》煽動分裂國家罪、煽動顛覆國家政權罪和《維護國家安全條例》煽動意圖的相關罪行。 此外，下載該應用程式的人也可能被視為管有具煽動意圖的刊物。根據《維護國家安全條例》，任何人無合理辯解而管有具煽動意圖的刊物，即屬犯罪。任何人向該應用程式開發商提供金錢或者其他財物，包括透過應用程式支付金錢，即「課金」，意圖資助該開發商實施分裂國家或顛覆國家政權的行為，也屬犯罪。 經保安局局長批准，國安處已根據《香港國安法第43條實施細則》就有關「逆統戰：烽火」的電子信息作出禁制行動。 國安處指出，危害國家安全的行為和活動是極嚴重罪行，警方有法必依、執法必嚴，會追究法律責任到底。
The Police Force’s National Security Department (NSD) said today that the public should not download a mobile app named “Reversed Front: Bonfire” or provide funding to its developer as the app promotes acts and activities endangering national security. It added that those who have downloaded the app should uninstall it immediately. In a press statement, the NSD said “Reversed Front: Bonfire” was released under the guise of a game promoting secessionist agendas such as “Taiwan independence” and “Hong Kong independence”, and which advocates armed revolution and the overthrow of the fundamental system of the People’s Republic of China. It is also designed to provoke hatred towards the central authorities and the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government, the NSD added. The department stressed that persons or organisations who knowingly publish the app or content relating to it, which includes sharing or recommending the app to others online, may commit offences of “incitement to secession” and “incitement to subversion” under the Hong Kong National Security Law, or “offences in connection with seditious intention” under the Safeguarding National Security Ordinance. Moreover, those who have downloaded the app may be regarded as being in possession of a publication that has a seditious intention. Under the Safeguarding National Security Ordinance, a person who, without reasonable excuse, possesses a publication that has a seditious intention, commits an offence. A person who provides pecuniary assistance, or property, to the developer, which includes making payment through in-app purchases, with an intent to fund the commission of secession or subversion, also commits an offence. With approval from the Secretary for Security, the NSD has implemented a disabling action on electronic messages relating to “Reversed Front: Bonfire” in accordance with the Implementation Rules for Article 43 of the Hong Kong National Security Law. The NSD emphasised that acts or activities endangering national security are extremely serious offences. It added that the force will ensure that the law is observed and strictly enforced, and will take resolute actions to bring offenders to account.

位 於 南 海 中 部 的 廣 闊 低 壓 區 預 料 會 在 今 明 兩 日 （ 6 月 9 日 及 10 日 ） 逐 漸 發 展 為 熱 帶 氣 旋 ， 天 文 台 將 視 乎 其 發 展 速 度 和 進 入 本 港 800 公 里 範 圍 的 時 間 ， 最 早 在 星 期 二 晚 （ 6 月 10 日 ） 至 星 期 三 初 時 （ 6 月 11 日 ） 發 出 一 號 戒 備 信 號 。 預 料 該 熱 帶 氣 旋 在 本 週 中 後 期 大 致 移 向 廣 東 西 部 沿 岸 至 海 南 島 一 帶 ， 天 文 台 會 視 乎 其 與 本 港 的 距 離 和 發 展 速 度 ， 評 估 是 否 需 要 在 星 期 三 稍 後 至 星 期 四 （ 6 月 12 日 ） 改 發 更 高 熱 帶 氣 旋 警 告 信 號 。 本 港 未 來 一 兩 日 （ 6 月 10 日 及 11 日 ） 持 續 酷 熱 ， 但 隨 著 該 熱 帶 氣 旋 靠 近 ， 本 週 後 期 風 勢 頗 大 ， 間 中 有 狂 風 驟 雨 ， 海 有 湧 浪 。 由 於 天 氣 變 化 較 大 ， 市 民 請 留 意 天 文 台 的 最 新 天 氣 預 報 。

the mean UV Index recorded at King's Park : 3
Intensity of UV radiation : moderate The broad area of low pressure over the central part of the South China Sea is expected to develop into a tropical cyclone gradually today and tomorrow (9 and 10 June). Depending on its rate of development and the time of entering within 800 kilometres of Hong Kong, the Observatory will issue the Standby Signal, No. 1 between Tuesday night (10 June) and early Wednesday (11 June) the earliest. The tropical cyclone is expected to move in the general direction of the vicinity of the coast of western Guangdong to Hainan Island in the middle and latter parts of this week. Depending on its distance from Hong Kong and the rate of development, the Observatory will assess the need of issuing a higher Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal later on Wednesday to Thursday (12 June). Locally, very hot weather will persist in the next couple of days (10 and 11 June). However, with the tropical cyclone edging closer, the weather will be windy with occasional squally showers in the latter part of this week, and there will be swells. Since the change in weather will be rather substantial, members of the public please pay attention to the latest weather forecast from the Observatory.
