什麼是災難?
災難可以帶來廣泛影響,有機會導致人命傷亡和財物損失。雖然我們未必能防止災難發生,但我們可以「防災」!
* 「防災」即是在災難發生前,事先做好準備,減低災難造成的影響。
* 「應變」就是在災難發生的時候,我們知道和能夠保護自己、家人和朋友。
