Course Information
The recent social situation in Hong Kong may have caused various levels of emotional disturbances in many people of Hong Kong. The youth is among one of the vulnerable groups to emotional and psychological stress related to the recent social unrest.
People including the youth with psychological and mental health distress need treatment by professionals such as clinical psychologists, social workers or medical doctors. Caregivers of the youth in the community and families play a complementary role in supporting the youth to relieve from emotional stress or identifying early signs of emotional problems that require further intervention.
